well, originally, in the 13 colonies, the british restricted the new americans from going into places with native americans. then, after the revolutionary war, growth was slow, and then Napoleon gave America the Louisiana purchase, and then there was the war in Texas with Mexico, and then the second Mexican War, and then the gold rush (Which i do agree did lead to a genocide), and then Hawaii

the British colonists arrived in the 1600s after facing religious discrimination.

before that, in the 1500s, christopher columbus stole native american's land, massacring and enslaving them.

this is all because of manifest destiny and westward expansion

and the only reason we have the land is because guess what? we murdered so many people and stripped them of their land.

well, as if the native americans didn't also commit genocides against each other or enslave eachother

they wiped out a lot of the population simply to expand westward.

i have more pity for biden. he was placed into a really bad position because of his speech problems (he has had problems speaking for a very long time, though he also might have Parkinson's which may contribute to lowering his mental health)
