While you’re doing that count steadily from 1 to 5 with each breath

When you’re breathing in do it as slowly, deeply, and gently as you can through your nose

Then breath out slowly deeply and gently through your mouth

Also know that it will pass and you will be ok

You may also want to find an object and focus all your attention to it and consciously note everything you can about it

Just do what I said and know that you’ll be okay

So were you having a panic attack or not

You may want to get off of screens if your headache is really bad

Does your headache feel likes it’s behind your eye

Then it might be a cluster headache

You may want to get some ice for the headache

Because when you get a headache your blood vessels in your head have grown so more blood is flowing through them and the ice helps shrink them back down
