help me decide ... my alarm is set for 6:30am but if i dont sleep i get bad headaches and fall asleep in class (its 22:50pm)

Dude in my history class it smells like spray paint and i'm getting a headache

I feel like ima pass out and have a a really bad headache and feel like ima have a panic attack help
