Okay, listen up, you numb-skull. This meme is basically saying that NASA uses a ton of decimal places of Pi. Engineers building skyscrapers only use 3 digits. It's funny because engineers don't need that many digits to build stuff, unlike NASA. You would never understand this, you probably still think the Earth is flat.
