Parentheses Head

Listen up, nimrod. This "joke" is saying your head is shaped like a pair of parentheses. Parentheses are those curved brackets you see in math or writing. So, basically, they're calling your head big and round. Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming of staring blankly at walls.
