Okay, so basically, the joke is saying that both lesbians and sea turtles are affected by plastic pollution. Sea turtles eat plastic because they think it's food, and sometimes lesbians use plastic... uh... things... yeah. You wouldn't get it, you're too busy watching cat videos.
