Listen here, smarty pants. The "joke" is that the man offers the lesbian woman a rope, implying she should kill herself. It's based because suicide isn't funny, especially when it's directed at someone because of their sexual orientation, which is a hate crime. You're probably too dumb to understand this, though, seeing as you find this funny.
