Hey! I wanted to thank you all for all the likes! Really makes my day! Anyways, I have some helpful things you could do if your feeling mad, sad, ect! Hope this helps <3

Angry:

Push a wall, maybe you're thinking it's something you want to push. It releases the negativity that you might be feeling.

Once you've calmed down, maybe tell a friend or parent your concerns. You could also go to support, Hailey my friend is one thing I can come to if I'm mad.

If you have any pets, it can be any animals. I have three rats, one dog, and two fish! Obviously, you can't hug a fish but, you can hug a dog or in my case, a rat! You can also talk to them about your problems.

Sad:

Listen to calming music, it can calm you down, if you listen to the words or the.. Water, in my case I listen to water and the outside, so, calming down music. It really calms me down when I've been crying and I can't stop or, can't go back to bed.

You could write in a journal! Sometimes it really helps when you write down the words your feeling, or the stuff that has happened. I write in a journal. because, sometimes your support, like your mum or dad won't be there to understand what your saying.

Read a book! Sometimes, you can get lost in the book and forget about everything you were crying about and just focus on the book!

You could do art, you could draw or paint how you feel! And, release that sadness on paper instead on something else.

You can go for a walk! If you have a dog or puppy, even a cat! You could go on a walk, just walk and listen to the world around you, how the tree's shift, the birds cheeping, the car's driving past. All things you could listen too!

Fear:

If you're freaking out because you saw a spider or a snake, something your fear. You could do these 5 things.

Take deeps breaths and calm yourself down through your panic, try not to focus on the reason your scared, just try and calm down before you do anything else.

You could talk about what might be making you feel that way. Like, if and old man was walking near by when you were walking back home. You could tell your parents about it and they might help to calm you down or help to fix the situation.

If your near the most hottest boy's or the prettiest girls, don't try and suck in your tummy or look better. You are perfect the way you are! You should have to hurt everyday just the get their attention, because in the long run, when they see who you really are you're gonna wish that you just looked for someone who loved you for you.

Think about a happy place, that may be with your family in a safe place away from everything. It could be with your dog on a walk, it could be anything! Everyone's different and, everyone has a different safe place!

If you're really brave or just ready to do what you need to, you could face your fears. I know that most people cannot do that, as it may be to scary or to hard for them, that's alright! You don't need to face your fears! If you want to face your fears, go for it. Kill that spider or chase away that snake, or do whatever's necessary.

Happy:

Happy is a very good but scary feeling. The reason why it's scary, is because you know it's not going to last long. You can switch to happy to any bad emotion in a heartbeat, but you can't with some other emotion's.

You could meditate to flow the bad energy out and keep the happy feeling inside.

You could plan a trip to go somewhere, be happy because your away doing something fun!

Help other people in need! You always feel better about yourself when you help someone that needs help!
