He programms this all by himself and on the german site, the people there asked for a picture sending function. They even asked for more features and Matthias has wrote them down and plans to do them updates.

But not everyone can send pictures, he has to give this feature to every account individually.

He even gave some people the ability to delete Jokes, Posts and Comments
