I just want to address a situation that has been causing me concern within the community. It has come to my attention that, for reasons that remain unclear to me, I've consistently been asked to leave chats and even faced the threat of being banned by the moderators, even tho they are not allowed to ban when they don't have a valid reason.

PSA: There have been a lot of fake accounts made on here lately. Please make sure to ALWAYS CHECK THE ACCOUNT CREATION DATE!!! If the account looks exactly the same as the person’s it says it is but the date is within the last day or two, chances are it’s fake. Plus, they’ll usually be acting completely different than the real person. If you see anyone do this, please notify me or any of the other moderators.

Hi guys! I want to address an important thing. First of all i want to mentior that I'm a moderator here but also on the german site. As a moderator you have to ban users, who insult others, spam etc. but you are not allowed to threaten others to leave the chat for no reason. If you want to ban someone you have to give a reason, if there is no one, then you can't. Beside that hopefully you know that Matthias sees all of that stuff. So be polite and kind to each other.

Hello @Matt I was wondering if I could possibly be a moderator for a moderator is a responsible and meaningful task as you would ensure that the community and website rules are followed, responding to reports and taking necessary actions. Being able to communicate effectively, have a calm demeanor, and be unbiased are important skills and traits to have as a moderator. Additionally, if you're passionate which i am , about the community and the worstjokesever community I would be a great candidate for being a moderator. - sincerely @imwithstupid

WorstJokesEver is actually a good website, the only change that needs to be made is to cut down on the huge amounts of children here revealing their faces and in some cases even given MODERATOR positions

Hey Matt, I’m not sure when or even if you’ll see this, but I wanted to talk about something I’ve been thinking about for a while. I’m not one to ask for things like this, but at this point I think it’s necessary. I’d like to request moderator status. As you might have seen, things have been...not ideal lately, to say the least. There’s hackers, bullies, etc., all over the place. I do my best to try and settle things down around here, but words can only go so far. If it’s alright with you, I’d like to become a mod so I can do a better job at helping people on here. Thanks.

devs/mods you should make a "Worsterest Jokes Ever" where there are no limits and no moderations and the most deranged jokes ever can be made but there should be a 18+ age limit on the UI
