I need some help, I have been consistently ripping up my lip and causing it to bleed, I'm worried about this, I can't tell if it's self harm or not and I need to talk to someone

Nobody wants to hear about you wanting to kill yourself, if you need help to to someone with experience. I get it y'all lost Bailey but that doesn't give you a reason to also kill yourself. I was y'all at that point when I was younger I still am. Get actual help from someone you know and trust ( in real life ).
