Hey guys, Tysm for helping me reach over 30 followers! In return, I want to do something for you. I'm a 12 year old girl living in Australia, and I tend to suffer from Anxiety. If you have anxiety, please know that you are not alone. I've been dealing with anxiety for almost 3 years now, and its been getting worse as I grow up. I often find myself with fast heartbeat when its comes to a simple task in English classes, (which btw, I LOVE English), which is really odd. I have something called Dyscalculia which is a math learning disability/disorder. And when I am told to open my math book and begin the task, I get really anxious about it.

If you have anxiety, here are some small things that can help alot.

1. Remember that everyone has their difficulties, and that you are not alone.

2. If you ever get bullied about having Anxiety, don't listen to them, because they're just going to make it worse if you think about too much, and remember that they have no idea what its like.

3. Deep breaths, this doesn't alway help, but it can be helpful for getting your mind off of everything.

4. Try the "Look, feel and hear" method. Look around the room and name 3 things you can see, 3 things you can feel, and 3 things you can hear. It always helps me alot. I learned this trick from my old Physiologist. (Or hwever you spell it).

And 5. Tell a friend, adult, parents/gaurdians or a counseller whats bothering you, and see if they can help.
