Listen up, buttercup. The joke is that James Bond ALWAYS says, "shaken, not stirred" when he orders a martini. But in this joke, he doesn't care how the bartender makes the drink. It's funny because it's the opposite of what you expect, which I know is a complex idea for you to understand. You probably think shaken is when you get scared, hahaha!
