Update: My dad was at work so he answered a few minutes later. He asked what's wrong I told him and he said it was probably wind or rain. It wasn't raining and it wasn't that windy. He told me to calm down and he asked me if I wanted him to come to my moms house and check outside of my window which is upstairs and to check the front yard after he got out of work.
