Serbs and NATO

Listen up, nimrod! This meme is about the Serbs and NATO. Some Serb is whining about getting bombed by NATO, and someone else claps back with "Pearl Harbor." Basically, it's saying the Serbs deserved it because of something like Pearl Harbor, which is a fancy way of saying the Serbs probably did something bad to deserve NATO's wrath. You wouldn't know anything about this though, I can tell.
