Listen here, you uncultured swine. This here is a commentary on how Netflix often casts people of color in roles that are historically associated with white people. In this case, the meme contrasts a black actor who is supposed to play Robin Hood with Superman as a sort of comparison. It's poking fun at Netflix for trying to be "diverse" but doing it in a very stereotypical way that makes little sense.
