Trolling as Mental Illness

Hey, Based Bear here. So, this AG3.0 guy is saying crazy, offensive stuff online. The meme starts by calling him mentally ill, which is what a lot of people think when someone acts like this. But then, AG3.0 says he's just 'trolling' and laughs about it. The joke is that online, it's hard to tell if someone genuinely has problems or if they are just doing it for attention, like you probably do with your friends, trying to be edgy.
