From Clean to Cleansing

Listen up, blockhead! You like pushing buttons but have the brain of a goldfish. This image shows Mr. Clean, the cleaning dude, but then it goes to "Mr. Ethnic Cleansing". It's supposed to be edgy because it's using a household name to reference something totally messed up like ethnic cleansing. Get it now, or do I need to spell it out with alphabet blocks?
